This App is provided solely as an informational reference tool for home orchard management. The App does NOT provide professional agricultural, horticultural, chemical, legal, or safety advice. All spray schedules, product recommendations, rates, timing, and disease/pest identification information are general guidelines only and may not be appropriate for your specific location, climate, growing conditions, fruit varieties, pest pressures, or regulatory environment.

THE PRODUCT LABEL IS THE LAW. You must always read and follow the complete label directions on any pesticide, fungicide, insecticide, or other chemical product before use. The label supersedes any information in this App. Application rates, pre-harvest intervals (PHI), restricted entry intervals (REI), personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and approved crops/uses vary by product formulation and change over time. Never rely solely on this App for chemical application decisions.

Pesticide regulations vary by state, county, and municipality. Some products referenced in this App may be restricted, banned, or require a license in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that any product you intend to use is legally permitted for your intended use in your location. The App developer assumes no responsibility for compliance with local, state, or federal pesticide regulations.

All information in this App is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, or non-infringement. Information may contain errors, omissions, or outdated content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, the developer, Timothy R. Eagle, and any associated parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Crop loss, fruit damage, or reduced yields
• Tree damage, plant injury, or phytotoxicity from product applications
• Economic losses from following App recommendations
• Property damage from chemical misuse or misapplication
• Personal injury, health effects, or environmental contamination
• Harm to pollinators, beneficial insects, wildlife, or waterways
• Loss of organic certification or violation of regulatory requirements
• Data loss or inaccuracy of weather, GDD, or zone information
• Any damages arising from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the App

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the developer has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of this App and any actions taken based on its information are entirely at your own risk. Chemical applications to plants involve inherent risks including but not limited to plant damage, chemical exposure, environmental impact, and legal liability. You assume full responsibility for all decisions made regarding the management of your orchard, including product selection, application rates, timing, and safety precautions.

This App uses third-party data sources including the National Weather Service (weather.gov), Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com), and USDA zone data (phzmapi.org). The developer is not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or reliability of third-party data. Weather forecasts, temperature readings, precipitation probabilities, and growing degree day calculations are estimates and may be inaccurate.

References to specific products, brands, or manufacturers in this App are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of efficacy or safety. Product formulations, active ingredients, labels, and registrations change frequently. Always verify current product information from the manufacturer.

All user data (spray logs, varieties, preferences, location) is stored locally on your device only using browser localStorage. No personal data is transmitted to or stored on any external server by the App developer. Weather and zone data requests are made to third-party APIs which may have their own privacy policies. You are responsible for backing up your data using the Export function.

If you acquired this App through a third-party platform (Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distribution service), the terms of service of that platform also apply to your use of this App. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the platform's terms, the more restrictive terms shall apply. The platform provider is not responsible for the App or its content.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the developer, Timothy R. Eagle, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your violation of these terms, or any actions you take based on information provided by the App.

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

I'm just a regular person who wanted to grow fruit trees. I planted my first trees with zero experience and quickly learned that growing beautiful, healthy fruit is a lot harder than sticking a tree in the ground and waiting.

My first years were full of failures — scabby apples, wormy peaches, trees lost to fire blight, fruit destroyed by brown rot overnight. Every time I searched for answers, the information was either too academic, too vague, or buried across dozens of university extension sites that assumed you already knew the terminology.

I couldn't find a single tool that told me what to spray, when to spray it, how much to mix, and what NOT to mix together — all in one place, tailored to what I actually had on hand. So I built one.
